Opponent Changed The Scores

0 votes
I was playing glencopa in the UK and lost the first game, won the second game and won the final game on the final lay of the tiles. I posted the scores into My Results and marked myself as the winner. I waited patiently for my next opponent, logged into Words With Friends to be told that GLENCOPA had filed a dispute. Here is the loser currently progressing in the competion and I have been penalised.

I have sent in screen shots of the actual boards but no one has come back to me and I feel cheated. I havent logged into this website for nearly 2 years I think and then logged back in in November when there was a late start to the tournament.

This is probably one of the reasons why I left is that opponents can manipulate scores and no ones check the people who are legit.

I would like to point out that I did not change the scores or knowingly file a dispute. I entered the scores on to a blank board. This was a genuine mistake as I have explained to ukpilot and have apologised to him. I had no intention of changing results, It was a genuine mistake, I misread the final score and because I upgraded to the 'new version' of wwf it does not save the latest games. I am an honest player and enjoy all games whether I win or lose, this is not something that I would do intentionally.
Thank you very much for the explanation. Accidents happen and I appreciate your response.
