The makers of WWF, Zynga/NewToy, have control over the Word List. You need to contact them if you want the word removed.

KHET is defined in the Scrabble dictionary as a variant spelling of HETH which is a Hebrew letter.  All of the Hebrew and Greek letters are acceptable words in tournament Scrabble and I would imagine that most if not all would be included in the ENABLE word list used by WWF.
