Why is vifda not in your dictionary?

It's the English (British) word for hung and dried, unsalted, mutton.

There are many words in British English that are not allowed in the US game. This no doubt reflects the slightly diverged nature of the language on either side of the pond. FAG, for example, is a pejorative in America, but is slang for a cigarette in England.
