How do I get back the old IPAD version of this? HATE the new version!

I stupidly downloaded the IOS5 update for the IPAD version I HATE IT

It looks like it's made for an iphone NOT an IPAD, game sits in middle of screen, like it's too tiny for the screen, letters are huge and zoom and are all blurry.  I want to know if there is a way to get my old version back????
