Options for very slow games?

0 votes
I have two very slow games in Daily. One game is only 2 to 3 moves per day. What are my options so I am not dropped from future round? I would like to play the games out, but at this rate it will take several more days. Is there a way to update after 3 days? Or should I declare myself the winner on a time ran out win?

If you mark the game as "In Progress" then you will not be dropped from the automatic assignment of opponents. We encourage players to complete all games but you are free to declare a "win" by "time ran out" if the play is very slow and there is no communication from your opponent as to the reason for slow play. To discourage slow play we do not allow scores to be updated beyond three days. You may contact us here and we will update the results for you.

Thanks for explaining that.  I would rather a winner be decided on the board rather than by a forfeit or running out of time.  I will mark slow game "In Progress" so I wont be dropped and still be able to play them out.  Thanks for the info.
