Opponent's Name not listed Correctly - Now I'm Stuck with a Game I Can't Get out Of

My opponent was SUPPOSED to be "judygold." I always Cut and Paste to make sure I am getting correctly. I started a game with her - no response. Later "Judy Gold" - not the space - started one with ME. Turns out she had put her name in incorrectly at wwf.net. Now I am Stuck with a game I can't get out of because a person can't end a game unless it's their turn. There IS no "judygold." I told her of her mistake and all she said was, I guess that's why no one ever starts games with me. Meanwhile, here I am with this game on here for who knows how long. Can you help?   Thanks!

If you contact Zynga at http://newtoy.zendesk.com you can ask them to remove the game. Otherwise it will sit for twelve days.

The Zynga help desk for its apps uses a software that only gives you an immediate canned answer. The software is called Zendesk. (See  Support Software by Zendesk at http://www.zendesk.com/help-desk-software). You never reach a live person so your issue beyond the basics will NEVER be addressed and your submission will be closed immediately. This is horrible customer service and using Zendesk is not fooling anyone but is ticking good customers off to the point of leaving the games. When Zynga does a financial analysis of how much its customer service approach is causing a drop in their revenue stream maybe then things will change. Don't hold your breath.
