Please record me as winner of daily round 3

0 votes
Please change and record me as the winner of my Daily Round 3 due to my opponent forfeiting. I've been ready to play for the past day and a half and I've communicated this to my opponent yet they refuse to play. Thank you. brooker46

I am disputing the changing of this round. I am pasting the conversation my opponent and I had previously when I had asked her to play.

Opponent: Please do not post a win for my opponent in daily round 3. He issued an ultimatum on the 2nd day saying if I didn't play in 15 min he would post a win for himself by Incompleted Round. We had time to finish. I can't help I can't play every 15 min. We still had a day and a half left. Please do not post the win for him. I'm able to finish the game. Thank you. brooker46

Me: My opponent made 3 plays in 41 hours, the last of which was after I sent two reminders, a private message, and a chat informing her of the private message. My understanding is that you have 72 hours to post the score but not to finish playing the game. I don't actually expect a play every 15 minutes but I do expect every couple hours and at the very least, common courtesy of some communication of a convenient time to play would be nice.

I also have screen shots of the time delays and of further chats in which my opponent attempted to  childishly taunt me into continuing. I refused to continue as I have seen that others have had the same problems with her and I believe the forfeit is hers. Please reverse the win to me. Also, please note that I did not receive email notification of her request to change as she posted her request as a new comment, not as part of our conversation.
      Thank you for your help.
