Rules on Impatience?

0 votes
My opponent posted a no show, with a 16 hour gap, not 24 as rules imply. Also 41 hours to go till deadline. I cannot play 24/7 as he wishes, I have a life! What are the rules on his impatience?

Did you notify your opponent that you would not be able to play?

  1. TIME TO MOVE – Both players should communicate in advance when they will play. When both players are engaged, moves should be made within 15 minutes. If you need a long pause in the game, be courteous and notify the other player via chat. If there is no conclusion to the round during regulation time, then the aggrieved party may record the round as a loss for the other party, indicating “no show,” “forfeited,” or simply, “time ran out” as the reason.

We encourage all players to play all the games to completion.
