game is over but no winner declared - cannot resign, pass, or post results

Question

I play on my iPhone, and one of my games is "frozen."  My UN is dusty123, and my opponent is Bens Mom.  She has one letter left, and I have none.  I cannot play, pass or resign, although the current score is 406 for dusty123 and 299 for Bens Mom.  She cannot do anything either.  This has happened before.  Please advise.

Try deleting the app and reloading it. See if that corrects it. I will record the scores as reflected above.
