Opponent entered result incorrectly

I sent an email to admin@wordswithfriends.net nearly a week ago but have not received a response.  I initiated a daily game with a user (santafe) and played my turn.  About half hour later, the user starts a new game and says good luck.  I resigned that game and notified the user that I had already started a game but the user did not want to respond.  When I logged into the site, the user had marked themselves as the winner and that I had forfeited.  Is there any way to have this rectified? I still have the game open in my contact list as the user has not played a turn in the game I originally started.  Thanks..

I am sorry for the lack of response. I have changed the results to show your win by time ran out.
