Game rules when passing move

Question

If both contenders are stuck with letters at end of game, with no place to put them , does the contender who has more points win or do tiles left on rack count to determine winner??????

Answer 1

When the game ends by passing then the remaining points in your hand are subtracted from your score. Same is done with your opponent.
